The first step in your Conscious Uncoupling Program
is to learn how to harness the energies of the wildly
dark and difficult emotions you may be experiencing

Learning how to release past and present hurts so you can connect from a place of inner peace, joy, and love, takes guidance. Each session with Noelle is 90 minutes. To receive the full value of this method it is recommended that you commit to a 6 session coaching package to support you through the entire program. You will be reading specific sections of the Conscious Uncoupling book each week and doing the exercises in that section before your coaching session. During your private sessions with Noelle she will guide you to harness the pain of this transition and teach you to use it as a catalyst to create happy, healthy love in your life going forward.
