STEP 1:
FINDING EMOTIONAL FREEDOM

The first step in your Conscious Uncoupling Program is to learn how to harness the energies of the wildly dark and difficult emotions you may be experiencing such as rage, hatred, fear and despair, and transform them from destructive impulses to hurt yourself or others, and into the constructive drivers of positive change. In this step, you will create the conditions for liberation beyond your old painful patterns in love, and awaken to the power you hold to use this shattering to radically evolve how you live, and how you love.

STEP 2:
RECLAIMING YOUR POWER & YOUR LIFE

In step two you will let go of being a wounded victim of love, shifting your perspective away from blaming and shaming yourself and others to take personal responsibility for your part in what happened. By doing so, you will start to see how  you have been the source of your own suffering in a way that liberates you from ever repeating this dynamic again, empowering you to evolve beyond your disappointing patterns in love.

STEP 3:
BREAKING THE PATTERN, HEALING YOUR HEART

In step three you will be supported to see your “Source Fracture” story more clearly, and understand  how that disappointing experience has been at the heart of your repetitive, painful patterns in love ever since. You will awaken out of the trance that this painful story is simply happening to you over and over again, and identify how it has covertly been happening through you instead, giving you the power to evolve beyond it.

Having hit rock bottom, you have nowhere else to go but to break free. The opportunity at hand is to be liberated from your habitual story of heartache and hurt, and empowered to create more fulfilling, joyful and loving relationships moving forward.

STEP 4:
BECOMING A LOVE ALCHEMIST

In step four you will awaken to yourself as an indomitable force of nature, capable of generating a positive future for yourself and others no matter how hurtful or hard things have been until now. For at this point, you can begin to make choices and take actions that promise to graduate you from the painful patterns of your past and radically transform the dynamic between you and your former partner to reflect the truth of your value and power. By doing so, you will allow for the emergence of a healthy new form the relationship has the potential to take, and ensure that the new life you are embracing will be greater than the one you are letting go.

TRANSFORMATIVE 1 ON 1 COACHING SESSIONS

Learning how to release past and present hurts so you can connect from a place of inner peace, joy, and love, takes guidance. Each session with Noelle is 90 minutes. To receive the full value of this method it is recommended that you commit to a 9 session coaching package to support you through the entire program. You will be reading specific sections of the Conscious Uncoupling book each week and doing the exercises in that section before your coaching session. During your private sessions with Noelle she will guide you to harness the pain of this transition and teach you to use it as a catalyst to create happy, healthy love in your life going forward.

Noelle is available to meet in person in a private office in Austin, Texas. For those not able to travel to Austin sessions are held over telephone or video calls.
